Or — if the family prefers and gives us authorization in writing — we can operate independently with their wishes documented in advance: what to keep, what to look for, what to discard. We always inventory items that appear to have monetary or sentimental value, and we present them to the family before disposal.
Where rodent, insect or animal waste is part of the scene, we run pest remediation as part of the same job. Where biohazard contamination is present (Category 3 fluids, sharps, decomposition residue), we handle it under our full bio-recovery protocol with no extra coordination required.
